Each Address Label is fitted independently. Short addresses print larger; long addresses are reduced only as much as needed to fit the 50×80 mm label.
Manual mode uses exactly this font size for every label.
X is the distance from the left edge and Y from the top edge of the rotated label. Change the values while watching the live preview.

Choose one font for the entire sticker, then set the character size independently for every logical line. The same renderer is used for preview and print.

The callsign printed here is taken from the Callsign field of the Shipment row (for example 1AT057), not from the logged-in manager.
Set the capacity of a new roll and the labels currently remaining. Bulk Print uses these quantities to create separate print files and reduces the remaining quantity only after you confirm a successful print.

Printing uses the dimensions, fonts and envelope format already saved in PRINT SETTINGS. Normal Bulk Print includes PENDING rows. Reprint Address Labels can also include READY TO SHIP rows, but never SHIPPED rows and never changes shipment status.

Set the postage cost for one physical envelope/order to each continent. If an order contains QSLs for more than one activation, the envelope cost is divided equally among those activations. Unknown destinations are excluded until a continent is assigned. The estimate does not become a real expense until you confirm it for the activation.

Requests are counted as unique callsign + activation combinations and are reconciled between ORDERS and the QSL shipment register. Duplicate ORDERS rows for the same QSL request are counted only once. Postal/manual orders are included. Only activations present in the ACTIVATIONS sheet are accepted. A non-historical QSL shipment with no matched ORDERS record is shown in “QSL without matched Order” and contributes no revenue until an order/payment can be matched.
Each Manager can create personalized expense categories. Typical examples: QSL cards, envelopes, QSL labels, address labels, printing, graphic design and other costs. Confirmed postage from Shipping Rates is already included automatically in expenses, so do not enter the same postage twice.

Requests classified as Unknown are listed here by callsign. Assign one of the six continents and the correction is saved for that Manager/callsign, so it is reused automatically in all statistics.

Optional automatic PayPal payment verification
This function is available only with Gmail or Google Workspace. Your normal contact email in USERS can remain Yahoo, Hotmail or another provider. DA-RC never asks for or stores your Gmail password.
Press CONNECT GMAIL and sign in with the Gmail account that receives the PayPal payment notifications. Google will ask you directly for permission. The password is never sent to DA-RC. After connection, SCAN NOW sends a request to the manager-owned Gmail trigger. The browser account is never used to read another manager's mailbox.
Use the same order in both fields. Supported types: PAYPALME, PAYPAL_EMAIL, REVOLUT, WISE. REVOLUT opens Revolut checkout where Apple Pay or card may be available.
